The online Social Care for Mental Health Course will introduce the topic of mental health then explore and discuss key mental health models, the development of mental health laws, social work teams in the community and more. Assessment

To assess the learners ability and knowledge to effectively understand the topics contained within the Social Care for Mental Health Course, the course features a number of end of module interactive quiz questions.

Additionally, at the end of the course learners will also take an online multiple choice assessment test. This online multiple choice test is marked automatically so you will receive an instant grade and know whether you have passed the course.

Certificate

On successful completion of this Social Care for Mental Health Course learners will receive a CPD Certificate of Achievement award from Oplex Careers.

Hi there! Previous work experience this is not necessary; all topics are introduced from a Level 1 and moves up to the Level 3 (or 4). For learners with no previous experience or knowledge we would recommend starting at the Level 3 and progressing onto the Level 4 to ensure you get the most from your studies. Rest assured you will have access to full tutor support, and free exam retakes until you successfully complete your course - whether that is the Level 3 or 4. Hope this helps.
